Description

When the Freedom Gundam was destroyed at the hands of Shinn Asuka's Force Impulse Gundam, Kira Yamato found himself without a Mobile Suit to fight with. After taking up Cagalli's Strike Rouge to defend the TERMINAL factory from Z.A.F.T. forces, Lacus Clyne gave him his replacement - the Strike Freedom Gundam. While the unit holds some of the same weaponry as the original Freedom, including two beam sabres and waist-mounted railguns, it also added a number of new weapons, including twin beam rifles that can combine into one powerful rifle, a stomach-mounted beam cannon, and a set of powerful Super DRAGOON bits. Kira would use this unit throughout the rest of the Second Bloody Valentine War.
